How the programme works
Local learning, delivered consistently.
Seven learning locations operate in Hyderabad and one serves Tando Qaiser. Twelve teachers support children through regular community-based classes. The programme is free for participating families.
AHZ began with religious education and is developing a broader learning model that can include general education, health awareness, hygiene and practical life skills. These future programme areas require separate planning and funding.
Why better learning space matters
Current classes often take place in small rooms with limited desks, ventilation and basic facilities. AHZ’s long-term goal is a larger, purpose-built school that gives children safer classrooms and room to learn with dignity.
Demand beyond current capacity
The present programme reaches 550 children, while unmet demand is far greater. Expansion must be responsible: teachers, learning materials, safeguarding, facilities and reporting all need to grow together.
